Your Gemini API key is stored locally in your browser using Chrome’s storage API. It never leaves your device except when making authorized requests to Google’s Gemini API.

Webpage Content

When you use Briefrr on a webpage, the text content of that page is sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing. This is necessary to generate summaries, explanations, and search results.
